This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home is absolutely stunning.

There are 4 King Beds and two Queen Sleeper Sofa Beds. The main Great room, features a Full Kitchen that is stocked with all of the essentials, a spacious living room with plenty of seating and HDTV, and a dining room with additional outdoor dining space on the covered patio.

The residence features two master suites. The first Master Suite is off the main living room and features an oversized master bathroom with his and her sinks, a stand-alone soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, and a private water closet.

The second master suite, affectionately referred to as the Mother-In-Law Suite, operates as a self-contained apartment suite, completely separate from the main house but connected via the elevated covered patio space. This is ideal for extended families or groups traveling together, as it allows group members who are early risers or late night owls to have their own space without disturbing the rest of the group.

Additionally, the home features two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The open den/loft is located on the second level and provides guests with an additional space to unwind, watch TV, read, or nap/sleep.

We designed the outdoor space of this home to be absolutely one of a kind. We took some creative liberties in designing it and we love the results. The elevated and covered patio on the 1st floor connects the Mother-In-Law Suite to the main home. The connecting staircase leads down from this elevated covered balcony to the pool area. The entire area beneath the elevated portion of the home extends from the balcony entrance of the main house to the detached Mother-In-Law Suite and is essentially one large pool patio deck. The elevated and covered deck off the main home’s living area will delight the entire family.

The location is just as great as the home. You are a 1-minute walk to Pine Avenue where you have access to numerous shops, boutiques, dining and restaurant locations, and bars/entertainment. Anna Maria Island Beach is just an easy 6-7 minute walk from home or a 2-minute bike ride. This walk is very easy to make with a beach wagon to carry all of your beach equipment and you’ll love the privacy that this area of the beach will provide. The sunsets and views are amazing, and there is not nearly the beach traffic on this portion of the island. If you’re feeling adventurous, we recommend taking a quick bike ride up to the North End of Anna Maria named Bean Point. The Gulf of Mexico meets Tampa Bay here and the views of the Skyway Bridge, Egmont Key, Passage Key, the Gulf, and Tampa Bay are stunning.
