Great mid-Island location, just two blocks walk to the Intracoastal Waterway where there is a quiet park/playground complex and kayak launch, and a 5-minute ride on the free Island trolley to the popular Bridge Street restaurant/nightlife area.

The home lays out so great for large groups- plenty of space to “get away” if desired. Lots of cozy spots to curl up and read a great book while watching the Gulf water. There is a full-sized rec room with foosball, ping pong table, gaming systems, huge TV and full kitchen! Under the home there is the basketball court! Hammocks to lounge, quiet spaces, large gathering spaces- this place literally has it all! What an ideal place for a spectacular extended family and friends vacation on Anna Maria Island!!
