Villa Marabella

When you enter Villa Marabella through the front door into the foyer, your eyes are immediately drawn to the swimming pool at the rear of the home, which is accessible via large sliding glass doors that open completely to create an open indoor/outdoor living space.

The expansive living room is furnished with plush lounge seating and a television. Adjacent to the living room is a kitchen fit for any home chef; it is equipped with a complete four-piece major appliance set in addition to a variety of small kitchen appliances and cooking accessories. There is seating for two at the kitchen bar top, as well as additional seating for four at the dinette set. A dining room with seating for six is also available for more formal occasions. Guests have access to a study off the living room that is furnished with a desk and chair if they wish to complete some work while on vacation.

The master suite is on one side of the home, while the additional guest bedrooms are on the opposite side, separated by the living areas. The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed and flat-screen television. The en suite bathroom is connected to the master bedroom via a long corridor that leads to a large his/hers closet. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, separate vanities for him and her, and a Roman-style shower with dual showerheads. On the opposite side of the house are two additional guest bedrooms, both with queen beds and flat-screen televisions. These two guest bedrooms share a beautiful stall shower in the guest bathroom.
