Spend time together in the open-concept living area outfitted with a queen sectional sleeper and an electric fireplace. Watch films on the 51” TV with DirecTV. A second living area offers a sofa, accent chairs, and a TV with DirecTV and a DVD player.

The kitchen overlooking the canal offers ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the gadgets you need to prepare tasty meals. Gather at the six-person table or dine alfresco on the private lanai. A second formal dining area seats six.

Retreat to the quiet primary suite, which features a king bed and sliding glass door access to the lanai. The en suite bath offers tile flooring, two vanities, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. These rooms share a bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy saltwater fishing off the private dock, or spend the day on the water. Your rental offers mooring for one boat, as well as a trio of Adirondack chairs perfect for dockside lounging. A fishing pole and fish cleaning station are provided. As evening falls, relax with a cold beverage on the screened lanai, fire up the stainless steel gas grill, and dine as the sun sets. The canals are not legal swimming areas, no swimming in the canals.
