Sweet Shores

Sweet Shores is a brand new 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home in Marathon, Florida.

There is 150′ of concrete step-down dockage, with instant ocean access. The house is one lot in from the ocean and the views are outstanding!

Your fishermen will be delighted to fish right from the dock! We have included a bait freezer and a fish cleaning table.

The living area has lots of room to relax if you need a break from the sun. However, there is plenty of shade with a tiki bar and a tiki hut. The large free form pool (19 X 35 and 6′ deep) is a swimmer’s dream! The exterior living area has lots of outdoor furniture including an 8 person dining set, 6 chaise loungers, and a deep seating sectional. There is a tiki bar which has two fountains built-in, and ocean views. The second tiki has an 8 person hot tub, additional seating for 6, and a 50″ TV. The outdoor kitchen has granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, a sink, and a large gas grill. One TV outside….1 under the tiki hut, one by the hot tub, and 1 under the tiki bar, 1 in the outdoor kitchen.

Now step inside, every bedroom has its own en suite bath (except for one King room, they use the hall bath), and a 50″ TV. One bath has a tub, the other 5 have custom-built tiled, walk-in showers. Three master suites with king-size beds, one Queen bedroom with en suite bath, one king bedroom with hall bath, and the kids room has a twin/full bunk with en suite bath.
