The upstairs master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that leads you out to a balcony that overlooks the ocean. The master is equipped with a king bed with quality linens, a 70-inch flat-screen TV, a seating area facing the view, and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub.

Upstairs in Sweet Retreat, you will also find a second ocean view bedroom with 2 queen beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Down the hallway is the well-decorated third bedroom with a king bed and flat-screen TV. Additionally, the 4th upstairs bedroom is cozy and perfect for small kids, as it has a comfortable twin bed and shares a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Downstairs there are 6 additional bedrooms to fit all of your needs! By the pool, there is a bedroom/game room combo that is sure to be the envy of all the guests. With a king bed, en suite bathroom, 60-inch flat-screen TV, and pool table…you may never want to leave! The 6th bedroom, with ocean views, has 2 queen beds, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The 7th bedroom has two queen beds, is tastefully decorated with soothing colors, and has a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Two additional bedrooms have comfortable king beds and 55-inch flat-screen TVs. These bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom. The 10th bedroom is another small room perfect for kids! The natural light, comfortable twin daybed, and access to the attached patio make it a perfect little spot.

The showstopper in Sweet Retreat is the outside living area. No matter where you turn in the backyard, you see the magnificent blue ocean. A big swimming pool and lounge seating all around is the perfect way to enjoy the San Diego sun. As the sun goes down, you can watch the surfers at the surf break right off the cliff. A BBQ and outdoor dining furniture help make this backyard the epitome of southern California outdoor living! An additional full bathroom is outdoors by the pool for added convenience.

Sweet Retreat’s fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is open to the main living and dining areas. Enjoy the ocean breezes and beautiful views as you are cooking up a meal for your family and friends! With the ocean as your backdrop, you can seat up to 14 people comfortably with easy access to all parts of the home. A 60-inch flat-screen TV above the tables and a wine fridge will add a little entertainment to the meal!
