Enjoy a relaxing getaway on the banks of the Marco River, where you’ll be treated to gorgeous views of the water and sightings of the occasional passing dolphin. Follow the manicured walking path to take a dip in the community swimming pool, or head just outside the gate to find a shared grill and an outdoor sitting area – an ideal spot for watching the boats cruise along the river.

This small, welcoming complex enjoys a prime location for beach-goers, as it’s a short three-mile jaunt from the gorgeous Tigertail Beach, where you can swim, observe local sea birds, and collect seashells on the white sand. Outdoor adventurers can head a quarter-mile down the road to the Rose Marina for fishing, boating, and sightseeing tours. You’ll also be an easy walk from Marco Island’s famous Snook Inn and the Old Marco Pub and Restaurant. Along much of the island, you’ll find an assortment of eateries, shops, and recreational outfitters (including bike rentals) as well.
