Sunkissed Shores is a beautiful and vibrant home in Hollywood, Florida with 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a private pool, and a boat dock.

When you enter through the door you’ll see an open concept living area bathed in white furnishings, allowing the light to bounce from surface to surface, filling the space. A large fully equipped kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances is accentuated with island seating for 3 guests. A minibar has been designed to sit at the end of the island, complete with a beverage fridge. Formal dining seating for 10 guests can be found at the expansive dining table that sits opposite the living area. The contemporary light fixture in the middle of the room adds a touch of elegance that is seen throughout the main area. For a little bit of fun a pool table, a foosball table, and a skeeball game have been added.

4 king bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, with the Primary Suite boasting the highest luxury. An oversized Primary Bathroom with a walk-in shower and a free-standing tub is the perfect location for washing away the stress of everyday life. A 5th bedroom features a king-sized bed. 2 queen-sized beds adorn the 6th bedroom and the 7th bedroom is completed with a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Sunkissed Shores is a canal/lakefront home with a private pool. Sit outside under the stars and enjoy the lounge area and fire pit, or go for a midnight swim! The beach is a quick 7-minute walk away but if you’re in the mood to explore, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
