Book your holiday in our two-bedroom single-story villa surrounded by beautiful ponds, Florida palm trees, and other lush greenery on the south side of Sarasota.

In the sleek kitchen, you’ll find white cabinets and solid stone counters, as well as a large island. With all the necessary appliances and utensils, this space is perfect for the chef of the group to create delicious masterpieces. There is a glass dining table for four directly off the kitchen, but additional dining can be found on the screened lanai. A small workstation within the kitchen is available for catching up on emails as needed. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the villa.

The living room is decorated in beach-blue hues with all-new furnishings that are cozy and comfortable. A flat-screen television with apps and cable is included. From the living room, walk out onto the screened lanai to enjoy the morning breezes with your coffee and pancakes.

The expansive master suite features a new King size bed, reading chair, and an en suite bathroom.  The large shower room is equipped with a rain-style showerhead and a handheld shower. There is a large dresser and a walk-in closet that houses the washer and dryer. The guest bedroom, furnished with two twin-sized beds, is located directly across from the guest bathroom. *There is not a TV in this room at this time.

The community clubhouse features additional guest parking, a heated swimming pool/spa with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas for shade, shuffleboard, and a large pond. You’re in luck if you enjoy barbecuing. The clubhouse features a large barbecue area equipped with multiple grills, utensils, and several picnic tables.

Additionally, the clubhouse features a reading/game room, a full kitchen with granite and stainless steel countertops, and a large gathering room with a 55″ flat screen TV/cable and plenty of folding tables and chairs. Grab a cue and challenge your friends to a game of pool at the shared pool table.

The heated pool and spa are located just steps from this villa. Relax on a lounger while wrapped in a soft and fluffy beach towel. A lighted tennis court is located half a block away, so bring your tennis sneakers and your winning racquet! To top it all off, a putting green is located near the complex’s entrance.
