The spacious living room opens directly to the pool deck with pocketing sliders that create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Outdoor features include a covered living room with roll-down screens as well as a full outdoor kitchen, dining area, yard space, and a fire pit on the lower level.

The heated infinity-edge pool has a swim-up bar with in-water stools, a Cabo step with chaise lounges, and an oversized hot tub. Turn on the water feature and multicolor LED lights for evening ambiance!

Back inside, the main floor was designed with an open kitchen with a gas range, wine bar with two wine coolers, ice maker, formal dining room, study, laundry room, and the first master suite.
