Seaside Seclusion

Seaside Seclusion is a two-acre private island off the coast of the Bahamas, just 45 minutes by plane from Florida. ELH is the airport code. American, United, and Delta all operate flights into this airport. You may be on the island in less than 15 minutes after landing.

Seaside Seclusion is home to two open-concept villas with breathtaking views of the Caribbean from every room, making it ideal for multi-family retreats and group vacations. The spectacular beauty, marine animals, and convenient position of the island combine to create an amazing luxury experience.

The Main House features an open concept kitchen and dining area with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an eight-person dining table. The living area features a flat-screen cable television and French doors leading to a private terrace. Outside, a heated pool and an outdoor shower are available. The Main House features four bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with a king bed, three walls of windows overlooking the ocean, a private patio, a lounge, and an en suite bathroom. Two double beds, a window seat, and an en suite bathroom complete the second suite. The third suite features two twin beds, a hall bath, and seaside views. The fourth suite comes equipped with a king bed and an en suite bathroom.

There is a common room in the Cottage with exposed wooden beams and tile floors. The living room features comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen cable TV, as well as a bar and a large table for dining. It leads out to the patio and features three walls of windows that overlook the ocean. Stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, and a mixer are included in the kitchen. The cottage offers three bedrooms, including a king suite with direct access to the balcony, ocean views, and an en suite bathroom. The second suite is equipped with two double beds, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is great for children, featuring a twin bunk bed with a trundle bed, and a hall half bath. Our linens are the finest European cooling sheets crafted from Egyptian cotton. Hermès provides all toiletries.

The estate is surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation, including palm and coconut trees, and features a private beachfront, oceanfront pool, numerous lounge areas, an outdoor eating area, a beach volleyball court, and two private docks.

We are committed to ensuring that your stay is as pleasant and memorable as possible. Our staff will arrange for your transportation from the island to the airport (15 minutes total). Three housekeepers will clean and maintain the property on a daily basis and will be able to assist with any basic grocery needs. Our chef will prepare three delicious meals a day. Groceries and alcohol are not included in the rental price.

On staff, we have two captains that operate a 34-foot-long intrepid and a 22-foot-long pursuit. Our captains will take you to Harbour Island as frequently as you choose, day or night. You may also choose to have the captain take you to feed the pigs, to a sand bar, to feed the turtles, visit divine swimming holes, try out local fishing spots, or take you sailing to nearby islands. The crystal-clear waters provide an ideal environment for spotting vibrant tropical fish and perhaps a sea turtle or two.

We have three kayaks, two paddleboards, three underwater scooters, as well as equipment for water tubing, water skiing, and snorkeling. All of this is included in the price of your stay on our island.
