This private Oceanside, California oceanfront estate features four levels, nine bedrooms, new appliances, and panoramic doors.

On the street level of the home, there is a large kitchen with a bar top and a dining table. This level contains two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Outside the living area is your own private deck that overlooks the stunning Pacific Ocean.

Descend to the beach level to find another Kitchen and living space, as well as two additional bedrooms. The view directly outside the living area is breathtaking. Panoramic doors open to reveal direct beach access. Panoramic doors are excellent for airflow and also allow guests to control the amount of breeze and what may or may not obstruct their perfect view of the beach.

On the third/upper level of the unit, there are four additional bedrooms, the majority of which have fantastic ocean views. Additionally, this level features a private deck where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or late afternoon beer while lounging outside and watching the sunrise or sunset.

Finally, but certainly not least, guests have access to the rooftop deck via stairs. The rooftop deck has been recently renovated with artificial grass, allowing guests to relax and soak up the sun in comfort.
