This home was constructed with only the finest materials and fittings, a space designed to exude the ultimate in luxury and sophistication.

As you walk through the space, you’ll notice the seamless indoor-outdoor living concept, soaring 18-foot ceilings with skylights, and hurricane-proof floor-to-ceiling panel sliders on the entire first- and second-floor facades.

If you enjoy entertaining, you’ll appreciate the amount of space dedicated to alfresco entertaining, which includes integrated outdoor seating for 12 and a gas fire pit and grill that are both powered by an oversized propane tank buried underground. Consider ending your day with a glass of wine, relaxing in one of the deck’s four lounge chairs, and peering through the glass rails for unobstructed views of Collier Bay.
