Located in the gated Water’s Edge community this six-bedroom, six and a half bathroom private home has space for up to 22 guests. You’ll enjoy being just steps from the private, community beach access and the home’s private pool is perfect for an afternoon swim or hours lounging in the sun!

The second floor holds Sea La Vie’s main living space and you will find no shortage of stunning views here! With an open floor plan, your living room, dining area, and kitchen all feature views of the beach. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is stocked with the cookware you need for preparing your favorite meals.

The one-of-a-kind master bedroom can be found on the third floor. The bedroom offers full beach views and a private balcony, perfect for coffee in the morning or a cocktail after a day at the beach!

Within your master suite, you will enjoy two private bathrooms, both with granite countertops and walk-in showers. The master suite also includes a private kitchenette with a mini-fridge and a two-burner electric stove. Late-night snacks anyone?

Four of the home’s bedrooms are on the first floor and each features a flat-screen TV. The custom bunk room is perfect for children and includes a pool table in the bedroom! The carriage house is accessible through the second floor and here you will find an additional living room and kitchen.

Sea La Vie has outdoor amenities that will delight everyone in your group. The private pool and large pool deck are perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a private gas grill, you will easily be able to grill family favorites while enjoying views of the beach. The beach access sits just 150 yards from the home and you’ll enjoy complimentary beach chair service during season.

While your vacation home provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
