Immediately after entering the 5 bedrooms, 5.5-bathroom villa, you’re greeted by a large open living space with vaulted ceilings, salvaged wood beams, and enormous windows that let in lots of natural light throughout the day.
After a long day at the beach, you’ll have no trouble cooking up excellent meals for the whole family in the open kitchen, which has a Wolf oven/range, a Sub-zero fridge/freezer, and plenty of storage. A huge gas-powered grill is located beyond the heated pool for all of your grilling requirements. The (en suite) primary bedroom, as well as a half bath off the foyer for guests, are located on the first level.
The entry foyer is located off the living area and has a full-size washing machine and dryer, as well as a basin for post-beach cleanup. After a day at the beach, you can rinse off in the shower located outside. One car can be parked in the driveway, with additional parking available on the street.
The second level offers three en suite king bedrooms and a bunk room with its own bathroom that accommodates two people. There’s a second-floor common room with a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, as well as an adjacent sitting area with a desk where you can get some work done while you’re here.

The property is located immediately on one of Grace Point’s many common areas, a lush lawn ideal for football, outdoor activities, and sunbathing in your beach chairs. 30A’s famous Timpoochee Trail begins just outside the Grace Point front gate and runs the length of the island. To the right is The Hub, which has a number of informal eateries and stores surrounding an indoor/outdoor social area with plenty of seats and TVs, including a gigantic screen great for watching the weekend’s main events. Seaside lies to the west, while Alys and Rosemary are to the east, all of which are within a short bike ride. Along 30A, there are various beach access spots in both directions.
