The open concept layout of Sanity by the Sea means it is a great place for entertaining friends and family. The beautiful fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large waterfall island with seating for 4 hungry guests. A formal dining table for 12 makes the perfect place for group meals but it is also a nice spot for card games! Pool deck access is made easy by sliding doors.

The Primary Suite features a king-sized bed, pool deck access, and an en suite bathroom. This luxurious space has a walk-in shower, a soaker tub, and a dual sink vanity. 2 additional king-sized bedrooms, and 3 queen-sized bedrooms ensure that all guests will have a place to rest.

The garage of Sanity by the Sea has been converted into a game room! This space is filled with entertainment! Inside you’ll find a foosball table, an air hockey table, a basketball game, a poker table, and board games galore.

If that isn’t enough excitement for you, make your way to the yard where the private pool and outdoor bar are located. This expansive yard is completely fenced in. Grab your favorite cocktail and enjoy a night under the stars while sitting by the fire.
