Sand Deluxe

Captiva’s famed beaches and village are just a short walk away from Sand Deluxe. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage has been tastefully decorated with contemporary materials and accents.

The sun shines brightly through the numerous windows of this cute and coastal cottage. A large sectional furnishes the open concept living room. Adjacent to the sitting space is a dining area that flows flawlessly into the fully equipped kitchen.

A king-sized bed adorns the Master Bedroom as well as a twin-sized daybed. The attached bathroom features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Access to the enclosed patio as well as a door to the exterior of the property can be found in the Master Bedroom.

In addition to the master bedroom, there are two additional guest rooms that can be used by family and friends. The guest rooms share the full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Sand Deluxe is a great place for children as it has a crib, beach toys, and board games galore.

The beach is a quick 1-minute walk from Sand Deluxe. It’s okay if your group brings the sand back to the home as an outdoor shower has been added for the rinsing of sandy toes.
