Salty Vibes

Salty Vibes features a modern open concept design with an elevator with two living areas, a high-end kitchen, and luxe king beds. The resort-style yard is complete with a heated pool, BBQ, fire pit, and a balcony with stunning ocean views.

The downstairs living area features a plush sofa and two matching accent chairs arranged around a large smart TV. A wet bar with an ice maker is off to the side making this the ideal spot to watch the game while sipping on a few drinks and playing a game of foosball.

Off the living area is a full bathroom and a laundry room equipped with two washing machines and two dryers for all the pool and beach towels.

On the first level, you’ll also find access to the double garage, which features a table tennis table and everything you need for a day at the beach.

Take the elevator to the second floor and choose one of the four generously appointed bedrooms available. Each bed is dressed in plush, hotel-quality linen and bedding for a restful night’s sleep and features ample closet space for unpacking and settling in.

The third floor features a bright, open concept living area with plenty of room for everyone to relax, as well as a fifth bedroom with a large king bed, and a central full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

In the large living area is a wall-mounted Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps and sweeping views of the neighborhood through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Prepare anything from a decadent breakfast to a three-course meal in the gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with high-end appliances and everything you could possibly need. There is a full-size French door refrigerator/freezer, a chef’s oven, and a gas cooktop. Just to the side are a built-in microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and two dishwashers.

Serve your meals at the grand dining table with twelve seats or grab a quick bite at the sleek marble breakfast bar. Open the double glass doors on a sunny day and dine alfresco on the balcony with picturesque views of the Atlantic.

Each evening, light the fire pit and gather around it to enjoy a barbecue dinner and watch the brilliant sunset – the ideal way to end a perfect day!
