Reel Cozy

Reel Cozy is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage just a 5-minute walk from Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with plenty of granite counter space, tile backsplash, and well-stocked cabinets to make full-course meals a breeze. A refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, glass-top range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and built-in microwave oven above the range are among the appliances. A rectangular wooden dining table seats six people in the adjacent dining space.

Large windows on the front and side of the living room add to the area’s light and spacious feel. This space is tastefully furnished with a matching sofa and loveseat, end tables and lamps, as well as a coffee table, and a large wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV for your entertainment needs is located just across from the sofas.

The first bedroom is light and airy, with a queen-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, as well as a three-drawer dresser with wall mirror. This room includes two windows with views of the property and a ceiling fan for your convenience.

The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on the top. A 5-drawer chest, a nightstand, and a lamp are included. This bedroom has its own private door to the front deck, as well as steps that walk down and around to the back.

With a king-size bed, nightstands, and lamps, the third bedroom is quite beautifully furnished. There is a triple dresser with a giant flat-screen Smart TV installed on the wall above it. The property’s side and back are visible from these windows. There’s a ceiling fan and plenty of storage space.

A very neatly tiled combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors, commode, vanity, and lavatory with lots of cabinet space beneath, and a wall mirror are all included in the shared bathroom.

Stairs to the right of a screen-enclosed patio provide access from the ground floor. The patio has a ceiling fan and is outfitted with a rectangular glass-top table and four seats. A full-size washing and dryer are also located beneath the terrace for your convenience.
