Paradise Villa is a newer Mediterranean courtyard-style pool home including five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and tropical landscaping. Your family will be within walking distance of galleries, dining, and shopping as well as the Island Store (for essentials). Close by is a marina with kayak rentals and more. While visiting the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico, you can enjoy the beach towels that come with Paradise Villa, rent a jet ski or try parasailing.

Paradise Villa is three levels of luxury in every way. Paradise Villa has beautiful furnishings, plantation shutters, wood, and tile floors, 6 LCD Flat Panel TVs, DVD players, free wi-fi, washer/dryer, elevator, and a garage. Paradise Villa’s upscale kitchen has everything a chef could need including granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, beverage refrigerator, and more! Your family can enjoy a feast in the formal dining room and or grab a quick bite at the counter seating or breakfast nook.

Your family will be able to choose from four bedrooms in the main house at Paradise Villa. The master bedroom has a private balcony, wet bar, and a beautiful en suite batrhoom complete with a walk-in shower, makeup area, spa tub, and 2 sinks. Both the king bedroom and twins bedroom have access to walk-in showers. Finally, the lower level bedroom has 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Paradise Villa’s balconies and covered walkways overlook the pool as well as connect the main house to the guest house. Or soak up some Captiva sun on the open deck. The guest house also has a bathroom and a kitchen area, too.
