Paradise Palms

Paradise Palms is an elevated, upscale, and spacious home with a large heated pool and sun shelf. This lovely home boasts of a modern interior design that flirts with subtle hints of “beach house”.

The spacious living area casually slips around the corner to a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! With a gas stove and a nice-sized island, whipping up tasty dishes is a breeze. From the kitchen windows, you will see the Palm trees swaying in the gentle wind. The island has seating for 2!

The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. With his & her sinks, you won’t feel crowded during your morning routine!

The remaining bedrooms are tastefully decorated in subtle “beach house” decor. With hardwood floors and ceiling fans, you’re sure to cool off after a glorious Florida sunshine day!

The backyard is your private oasis!! The entire yard is fenced. Mature palm trees line the sun deck and create that tropical vacation feel! The large, private pool has a sun shelf for catching some rays, while still being cool as a cucumber! For those that prefer to swim a little deeper, we have added a swim-up cocktail table! There is pool seating near the cocktail table.

The chef in the group will be delighted to find the gas grill on the large sun deck. There is also a table for dining al fresco.

Paradise Palms is steps to Pine Avenue, with its many shops and restaurants. For those beach bums, you’re just a 2-minute walk to the beach! Leave the car behind and enjoy free trolley rides on Anna Maria or rent your own golf carts!
