Palm Paradise is a nearly beachfront luxury vacation home with gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views.  Constructed of nearly 5,000 square feet, this home has tons of exterior and patio spaces, features 8 bedrooms, and sleeps 21 guests in beds. You’ll be delighted to hear that Palm Paradise has elevator service to all of its floors.

You’ll love this spacious home that features a huge pool area with a private heated pool with a tranquil splash area connecting it to the oversized 8-10 person spa. There is plenty of covered seating and loungers in the sun depending on what everyone wants!

On the ground level, you’ll find covered parking for 2 vehicles while the driveway accommodates another 4 average-sized vehicles. The ground floor also features the pool, BBQ, and the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to the home’s 2 levels above.

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find the Club Room – with a wet bar, a card game table, living area, TV, and balcony access with views of the City and peeking views of the Gulf. There are also 5 bedrooms on this floor; 4 of which feature King-size beds with en suite baths. The final bedroom is off the club room, through a barn door, and features 2 twin beds and one twin trundle.

On the 3rd floor, you’ll find the open floor living area. This area features a Chef’s Kitchen, a dining area with a dining table for 12 people, a bar-top table for 6 people, bar seating for 4 more guests, and alfresco dining for 8 people. The living room boasts a smart TV and ample seating as well. The balcony on this level has wide open Gulf views, and it also has a spiral staircase access to the rooftop deck for even better views! There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, with 2 featuring King-size beds and en suite bathrooms, and the final bedroom is the home’s Bunk-Room featuring a custom bunk bed with a full-size bed over a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower bathtub combination.

The location cannot be beat, with the beach access steps away, and Siesta Key Village just a short stroll or bike ride away, everything from relaxation to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping are right there!
