Ocean Outlook

Up to 16 people can stay in our Ocean Outlook, which has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private pool/hot tub, and a dock. There is a short walk across Captiva Drive to the beach, which is just down the driveway.

Everything you could possibly need to feed your entire family and friends is provided in the Chef’s kitchen. Well-appointed for large groups, with island seating and two dining tables, there is room for everyone to enjoy their meals at Ocean Overlook.

Two queen murphy beds and a king bed are located on the lower level of the house, along with a TV and a full bathroom. A king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and a separate bedroom/TV room with a sleeper sofa are all located on the main level. There are two master suites on the top floor, each with a king bed and an attached bathroom. One of the rooms has a queen-sized bed attached, while the other has a bunk bed (twin over full).

Ocean Outlook is ideal for families with small children. There is a lot of seating, games, and more in the area around the pool. The pool is heated to 86 degrees but if desired, the pool heater can be directed to the hot tub and heated to a toasty 102 degrees. Watch the dolphins and manatees play in the Roosevelt Channel as you cook up a tasty dinner on our Weber grill. The shops and restaurants in the area are easily accessible if you rent a golf cart.
