Ocean Escape

This stunning canal-front luxury vacation villa features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms and is located on Anna Maria Island’s exclusive northern end, just two blocks from the beach.

This modern beach house has been recently updated and includes everything you’ll need for your island getaway! The backyard paradise features an expansive private pool and spa, where your family will want to spend the majority of their time. The sun deck area is completed by an outdoor Ping Pong table, a gas BBQ grill, and comfortable furniture. Additionally, a Foosball table is located just inside the sliding glass doors. However, there is more! A newly installed putting green is directly on the water, so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the private dock while the kids putter around. Additionally, this residence provides bicycles for guest use during their stay.

On the main level of Ocean Escape, you’ll find a spacious Master suite with a large en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub.  The Den is also located on this level and is ideal for relaxing or hosting a “sleepover” for the kids, complete with a twin daybed, pull-out trundle, and flatscreen TV. This level also includes the inviting formal dining room, kitchen, and family/living room, as well as a convenient half bathroom. Multiple decks allow for the enjoyment of fresh air and sunshine while dining or relaxing!

Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms, including two additional master suites with en suite bathrooms. There are four king beds and three twin beds, which comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests in beds.
