From the circular driveway, enter Nautilus through the covered front porch, furnished with rocking chairs – a peaceful spot to enjoy the lovely gulf breezes!

The main floor features an open white marble kitchen, a dining area that seats 8-10, a living room, a home office with an adjacent full bathroom, and a grand master suite (note: this entire floor is wheelchair accessible from the garage!) A corridor goes from the kitchen to the back of the house, where you’ll find the 3-car garage and the stairway to the private guest suite. The guest suite features a king-size bed, TV, kitchenette, and private toilet, as well as an additional sleeping area with a twin-size daybed that can be accessed through a closable door – ideal for a small family to share!

There are four guest bedrooms and two common guest baths upstairs. The house can comfortably sleep 12-14 people in all.

The heated swimming pool and deck with 6 chaise lounges, a stunning pool bathroom, and an enclosed outdoor shower are located in the heart of the property. An outside dining table for eight people and an outdoor living area with a porch swing are located off the living room and kitchen on a covered back porch.

At the back of the property, a small grassy area with a fire pit and a gas grill check the last two boxes on the list of facilities that make for a wonderful beach getaway! With creative marble and mosaic tile furnished bathrooms, antique 12′ tin ceilings, and beautiful shiplap woodwork on the walls, this property is decorated in a timeless and classic Florida beach cottage style.
