A fully equipped kitchen provides the necessary equipment for cooking tasty meals. Guests can be seated at the bar top, which was recently updated with granite countertops! The living area has a large sofa as well as a loveseat that sits opposite a flatscreen tv. The real attraction is the incredible view that can be seen off the private balcony! With ocean views and an island backdrop, you’ll see why you may never want to leave!

A king-sized bed in the bedroom allows our guests to rest and relax or to take a quick nap before going out on the town. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a stool that is separated from the sink by a private door.

Mixed Emotions is a 2-minute walk from the 2 onsite pools, a marina, and just a 3-minute walk from the beach. There is an onsite restaurant and bar, or if you’re feeling up for an adventure you can wander down to the Sapphire Beach Bar and take in some great food and live music. Less than half a mile away is Red Hook, where many restaurants and bars can also be found. You won’t go hungry, that’s for sure!
