This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property is located in a beautiful, peaceful area in Maui Meadows, just above Wailea, and includes central air conditioning, a private heated swimming pool, and a barbecue.

Private, 2,400-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence with ocean views and magnificent sunsets. Our visitors enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle in a big home with complimentary internet access. This home is just 25 minutes from the airport and is within 6 minutes of the beaches.

The living area includes sliding doors that lead to the pool and terrace, where you can enjoy the sunset, a barbecue, and the laid-back island lifestyle. Plenty of comfortable sitting, a table with chairs, an ocean view, and a 55-inch smart TV on which you may access your personal Netflix account.

We have a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas/electric 6 gas burners, a pot filler, and a convection oven. There is a microwave and toaster oven, as well as one dishwasher. The kitchen offers a coffee grinder and a coffee maker. Plenty of teas and coffee, as well as snacks, can be prepared for the initial day of arrival.

Relax around the heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs and chaises. The heated pool is between 3 and 5 feet deep and features a safety fence, making it ideal for a few morning laps. The dinner table and chairs are poolside. BBQ while the rest of the family enjoys the pool, cook your favorite meal on the stainless steel gas grill.

The Master Bedroom features sliding doors that lead to the pool area, a king-sized bed, a smart television, and a spacious walk-in closet. There are two basins and a huge walk-in shower with two separate shower heads in the private bathroom.

In the bedrooms, 8 adults may sleep comfortably, while children can sleep on cots/rollaway beds and a futon; additional adults can also sleep on the cots/rollaway beds. Baby items, a highchair, a pack-and-play, sheets and blankets, pool life jackets, and arm floats are available for use by children.

The game room contains a pool table and a workstation with a desk and chair.

The home is located on a peaceful residential street, the property features a security system with ample parking space in front of the garage.
