Welcome to Maison de la Mer three bedroom two bath private home with large lap pool located just a short walk to Shell Beach is ready to accommodate you and your guests on your Siesta Key visit.

Lush tropical plants and trees envelop the nearly 2,200 square foot Maison de la Mer with expansive living areas. Walk the winding brick pathway around the tranquil fountain and enter through the front door. You are greeted by lounge seating in the living room accompanied by a gas fireplace. Located adjacent to the living area is an ample sized kitchen overlooking one of the two screened patios. The Kitchen is equipped with a 4-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. Around the corner you will find the large dining room with seating for 8 and views of the tropical landscaping through the sliding glass doors leading out. Adjacent to the dining room is a large family room furnished with a comfy sectional sofa where you can enjoy some downtime from the beach and pool watching your favorite shows on the 60″ flat screen smart TV. Maison de la Mer’s family room also offers a small bar with mini fridge and a passthrough bar to the pool. Access the pool area through glass sliding doors just off the family room.

Back to the sleeping areas of  Maison de la Mer you will find a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed while the bathroom features a stall shower. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and shares a bathroom with tub/shower combo with the third guest bedroom furnished with two twin-size beds.

While staying at Maison de la Mer you have easy access getting on and off the key as well as to grocery stores, Southside Village, Downtown and the new CineBistro movie theatre within the newly redeveloped SouthGate Mall. Utilize any one of the many free ride (tips only) services on the island to take a trip into Siesta Key village filled with restaurants, shopping, and night life or to the main public beach.
