Mahalo Manor

The Mahalo Manor is a newly remodeled multi-level 9,000 square foot gated estate. When renting the entire villa, guests have exclusive access to the following four condominium suites that can accommodate a total of 32 guests. Ideal for large groups such as retreats and weddings, guests will have the property’s heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, yoga studio, and common areas all to themselves.

Villa 1 – 6 bedrooms/7 baths – Sleeps 16:  Located at the top of a grand staircase on the second level is a luxurious penthouse with four bedrooms on the main floor and two open-concept loft bedrooms called Mauka and Makai on the third level.  Each room is tastefully decorated with a mix of modern, mid-century, and eclectic soulful styles by Xorin Balbes, an award-winning architectural conservator and designer.   This Penthouse offers 5 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, two large living entertainment areas, a grand dining room, and a kitchen.  A wrap-around deck surrounds the penthouse, including an outdoor dining lanai with a barbecue grill off the grand dining room, and another outdoor lanai next to the living room. Guests staying in the loft have access to a secluded ocean view deck. Three of the bedrooms each have a separate private entrance to the pool area in the back of the property. Conveniences such as a washer and dryer located in the Sunset Suite Master Bedroom, an ironing counter in the linens closet, and in-wall and ceiling speakers throughout the living and dining areas make the space feel like a second home away from home. Guests can grill out poolside or barbecue upstairs on the Penthouse lanai while taking in ocean views.

Villa 2 –  3 bedrooms/3 baths – Sleeps 6: A cozy three bedroom, three bath condominium suite located on the ground floor with a private garden view lanai. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor each with its own bathroom.  One bedroom has a private entrance to the pool and Jacuzzi. The spacious third bedroom is down a spiral staircase below ground level and has a separate entrance that leads to two full bathrooms located in a shared common area. Although this common area has two full bathrooms, they are each have their own door labeled for use by the appropriate villa.  There is a large counter area with two sinks and multiple drawers.  This counter area is shared, but each villa has its own sink, toiletries, and drawers. This villa’s open floor plan has a remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, a dining room, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player and washer and dryer.

Villa 3 – 3 bedrooms/3 baths – Sleeps 6: An end-unit located next to the pool and Jacuzzi and has an identical floor plan as Villa 2. The open floor plan has a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, a living room, and a dining room with double dutch doors that open to the charming outdoor private lanai. Two bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own bathroom and one bedroom has a private entrance to the pool. The third bedroom is down a spiral staircase below ground level and has a separate entrance leading to two full bathrooms located in a shared common area. Villa 4 – 2 bedrooms/2 baths – Sleeps 4: A spacious two-bedroom, two-bath end-unit located on the ground floor, this villa has a spacious kitchen with bar seating for two, a large dining area, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player and a private garden view lanai.

Four twin-size rollaway beds are available for an additional $75 per night per person plus tax to achieve the maximum occupancy of 36 guests.
