This spacious home can accommodate up to 20 guests. Throughout, hardwood flooring and cheerful nautical decor add special touches. Due to the home’s capacity for large groups, it includes a washer and dryer on both the main and upper levels to keep your clothes and beach towels clean and fresh.

The gourmet kitchen features rich, dark hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. The arcade-style video game, complete with Pac-Man, Galaga, and 50 other classics, is one of the most unique features of this home. Additionally, Life’s A Beach has two Xbox 360 consoles located in the den on the top floor.

6 bedrooms feature king-sized beds, with two of the rooms being en suite. The 7th guest room features a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the last room features two twin-over-twin bunk beds and shares a bathroom with one of the king bedrooms.

There are five distinct balconies where you can sit and enjoy the cool island breeze. Take a dip in the heated private pool, which features a spa, a swim-up tiki table, and a water slide. The poolside lanai features a bar, 42-inch flat-screen television, and games such as ping pong and foosball.
