Le Blanc

Le Blanc, a canal-front home with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, is stylishly and lovingly designed to offer everything you need for a pleasant Florida getaway. From the cozy furniture to the personal device outlets by each bed, and everything in between, the owner has thought of everything to guarantee that every guest of Le Blanc has the vacation of a lifetime.

When you walk into the house, you are greeted by a large living room with soaring ceilings and an open concept layout. Your formal dining area to the left is spacious enough to seat a big group comfortably. The kitchen is located immediately off the dining room and has every cooking amenity imaginable.

A living area with a cozy couch is placed off the kitchen in a family area. The laundry room and a half bathroom are located off the back of the kitchen. As you return via the kitchen and breakfast dining area, your gaze is drawn to the stunning pool and canal views.

A flight of stairs leads up from the kitchen to a private guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom and private terrace facing the front of the home. A fully-stocked office with printing capabilities, a desk, and everything needed for a home office area can be found in Le Blanc.

Another guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a separate full-size bathroom, and a third guest bedroom with direct pool access and views can be found further down the corridor. The lovely main stairway has a game room with plenty of games and a TV watching area with sea views to keep you from doing anything technological. The guest bedroom in the front of the house has bunk beds, making it ideal for traveling kids. A half bathroom is located off the main hallway.

The master bedroom is upstairs in the back of the property.  As you might think, the master bedroom has it all, including a big layout, a walk-in closet with plenty of storage, and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The secluded, open-air terrace off the back of the property, with canal, distant bay, and pool views, may be the nicest feature of the master bedroom. We assure you that this will be a place where you can unwind and rest.

The guest-accessible one-car garage (placed on the west end of the property) is next door, but this is no ordinary garage. For the more sporty members of your group, it comes fully equipped with bicycles and kayaking equipment.

The outdoor area is equally as opulent as the interior, with a private pool, a full-sized kitchen, enormous TV, and plenty of seating. A private dock, as well as two kayaks, paddles, and life vests, are accessible for fishing and sightseeing. Guests are not permitted to utilize the boat lift.
