The perfect getaway villa with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms is the place to enjoy your vacation. This luxurious vacation villa is a quiet location with semi-detached and self-sufficient casita and a fishing dock with long water views.

Island Sweetness has a fully equipped kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry and a breakfast bar with stool seating. The dining area is beautifully made with an expandable table with seating for 10 combined with the living room with ample seating and a large flat-screen TV.

The beautiful Master Suite has a walk-in closet, bathroom with dual vanities, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the main level contains an office area for all your work purposes and lanai access. The upstairs king-sized guest bedroom also features an en suite bathroom and balcony access with western exposure. The 4th bedroom in the main house is a fun bunk room with a full/twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed, Jack and Jill full bath, & balcony access.

The semi-detached Casita, or Mother-in-Law Suite, features a living area, a kitchenette, a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom.

A large patio surrounds a private pool with a sun shelf. This space is accentuated by an outdoor kitchen as well as a covered lounge area. Just beyond the pool deck is a canal front deck with a private boat dock. With sunshine from every angle, Island Sweetness will allow you to soak up the Florida heat with ease!
