Located just 1 mile from beach access and near restaurants, a movie theater, mini-golf, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, this villa is in the best location! A bike route with a butterfly garden just across the street.

As you step into the house you are greeted with lovely views from the wide sliding doors to the pool, the large screened lanai with custom-made large panoramic-view screen, the back yard, dock, and canal.
The spacious high-ceiling, open floor plan with the grand room, brings in plenty of natural sunlight making the living/dining room light and bright, finely decorated coastal contemporary. Original photographic artworks combined with natural elements and a pastel color palette, bring the beach into the house.

The splendid open kitchen features quartzite natural stone countertops, fully equipped stainless-steel appliances, and roomy cabinets. Entertaining is made easier with the large counter, modern bar stools, and the different lighting settings of warm under counter and ceiling fan lights or the dimmable-bright ceiling lighting, make for an enjoyable evening ambiance.

In the morning enjoy a cup of coffee at the quaint table in the breakfast nook. The living room features an L-shaped leather couch with plenty of room to enjoy the 55″smart HD-TV.

Three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with 43″ smart HD-TVs with high-speed internet access and brand-new comfortable memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en suite master bathroom with two suspended sinks, under-counter lighting, a luxurious walk-in shower with a rain-style showerhead giving you a relaxing waterfall experience, an additional hand-held shower as well as a regular shower head.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the third guest bedroom has a set of twins on one side and a full-sized bed on the other side. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with an angled shower head and a hand-held device, single vanity with under-counter lighting, and direct access to the pool deck.

The back yard has ample and private space to enjoy outdoor activities or laying out in the sun enjoying the occasional visits from dolphins and pelicans.
