Island Chalet

This one-of-a-kind Perdido Key beach house sleeps up to ten people in three identically sized connected properties, each with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Each section triplex property features a shared balcony with views of a stunning stretch of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, there is a shared balcony on the street side. These balconies provide ample space to unwind, observe the sunrise or sunset, and catch up with your friends while taking in the sights and sounds of nature. On the balcony facing the Gulf, there is ample seating as well as picnic tables.

A boardwalk connects the beach to the parking lot, allowing vacationers to avoid stepping on dunes. Keeping sand outside, where it belongs, is an outdoor shower. Prepare to barbecue on one of the grills located downstairs. Additionally, each section of the triplex house has covered parking.

Each section of the triplex features an open floor plan with a connecting door. Each of the primary bedrooms features a private balcony. The kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, is well-equipped with granite countertops and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking for a large group. The dining table is generously sized for sharing meals or congregating for a night of board games. The openness of the kitchen and dining area encourages interaction between friends and family.
