This newly constructed home was designed for large families or a group of people traveling together, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. Even with eight people, there is ample space within the vacation rental for privacy and relaxation, from the expansive gourmet kitchen and living room with sliding doors that open up the entire house to outside. Children will love playing on the grassy lawn, while you are free to relax and enjoy the view from the covered lanai.

Each bedroom in this vacation rental is well-appointed to meet every guest’s needs. The master suite comes with its own en suite bathroom on the main floor of the home and boasts a double vanity, freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and an outdoor shower. Also located on the main level of the vacation rental is the second bedroom with two twin-sized beds for younger guests. On the second level, the third and fourth bedrooms each have an en suite with a walk-in shower.

The Poipu Beach Estates neighborhood is one of the newest developments on the south shore of Kauai. Located outside of the resorts, but still close to all shopping, dining, and outdoor activities in Poipu. This vacation rental features air conditioning in the King suites for added comfort.
