Our Golfer’s Dream Villa is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath single-family home in Talis Park, one of Naples’ most coveted golf club communities.

The minimum rental term is 1 month, per HOA rules. During peak season January-April, a 2-month minimum rental is required and may be either January-February or March-April. February-March 2 month rentals will not be accepted. 3+ month rentals are welcome. Dates are not confirmed until we review and approve your rental term. The owners’ full golf membership is transferable for a 1-time fee of $1,200.
