Florida Fabulous

Florida Fabulous is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ranch-style villa with a private pool in Boca Raton, Florida.

The main living space features an open floor plan with glass windows facing the front of the home, a sliding door to one side, and three French doors that flow to the poolside lanai for ideal indoor-outdoor living and entertainment.

The chef’s kitchen opens to dining and living rooms with comfy sitting places and is the heart of the home intended specifically for entertaining tasty cuisine with family and friends. The kitchen features a big granite countertop island with seating for up to 10 people (3 bar stools) and a formal wood dining table with seats for 6.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large master bathroom. This incredibly relaxing space has a jacuzzi tub, a double sink vanity, a separate toilet room, and a shower room. The master bedroom has French doors for easy access to the backyard and pool area.

The other two rooms have queen-size beds with nightstands. Between these two rooms is the second bathroom, which has a linen closet and a shower with access to the pool area.

Although the pool isn’t heated, lounging in the Florida sun feels refreshing and relaxing. The pool lanai is enclosed and has a covered portion for shade. The yard is fully fenced, ensuring the utmost privacy for our guests.
