Dune Our Thing

As you enter the foyer of Dune Our Thing, you’re greeted by soft colors, beachy decor, and gorgeous pine floors.

The primary living space is located on the first floor. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all have views of the wrap-around deck and the beach behind them. The living room is comfortable and inviting, thanks to the numerous windows that let in plenty of natural light. The sofas and chairs allow guests to socialize around a decorative fireplace or watch their favorite show on one of the house’s numerous televisions. A powder room is located off the living room.

The sunroom is adjacent to the living room and features two daybeds, a sitting area, and another television. The sunroom could be used as a sixth bedroom, but it lacks a closet. The dining table comfortably seats eight, but ten or twelve could be squeezed in if necessary. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Granite counters, wood cabinets, stainless appliances, and ample prep space will appeal to the chef in your group. We have a side-by-side refrigerator with door-mounted water and ice dispenser.

A magnificent master suite is located on the main level. Guests will find a plush king bed in this room. Additionally, there is a nautical-themed desk with workspace and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. The bedroom features a flat-screen television mounted on the wall. The master bath features a double vanity, a deep soaking tub, a separate shower, and an enclosed toilet room. The back deck extends all the way around the house to the master bedroom. The master bedroom provides access to the deck.

The second floor contains four additional bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms. A second master bedroom is located upstairs. It is located on the house’s ocean side and features a king bed, a television, and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed, a television, and views of the ocean. The fourth bedroom also faces the ocean. It features two twin beds and a television equipped with a DVD/VCR player. Two additional twin beds are located in the fifth bedroom. The third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms share a full bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.

On the ground level, the back deck provides a sunny area for sitting and watching passing pelicans, or for working on your tan. There is a six-person patio table, high-top chairs with umbrellas, and a couple of recliners. On the ground level, there is a separate laundry room. It is equipped with two sets of washers and dryers. Additionally, there is a bathroom in the laundry room. It is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. A public walkway connects the house to the beach. We have a private, outdoor shower closet for when you return from the beach!

There is ample parking available here. We have covered carport parking for two vehicles and additional parking for four vehicles in the driveway.
