This six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom private home is located in the gated Water’s Edge community and sleeps up to twenty guests. You’ll appreciate being just steps from the community’s private beach access, and the home’s private pool is ideal for an afternoon swim or hours of sunbathing!

The first floor features four bedrooms, each with a flat-screen television. The custom bunk room is ideal for children, and the bedroom features a pool table! The carriage house is accessed via the second floor, where an additional living room and kitchen are located.

The second floor holds the main living space and you will find no shortage of stunning views here! Your living room, dining area, and kitchen all have views of the beach thanks to the open floor plan. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals.

On the third floor, you’ll find the one-of-a-kind master bedroom. The bedroom features a private balcony with full beach views, ideal for coffee in the morning or a cocktail after a day at the beach! Two private bathrooms are included in the master suite, both with granite countertops and walk-in showers. Additionally, the master suite features a private kitchenette equipped with a mini-refrigerator and a two-burner electric stove.

Down by the Sea’s outdoor amenities will enchant everyone in your party. The private pool and expansive pool deck are ideal for entertaining outdoors. With a private gas grill, you can easily grill family favorites while admiring the beach views. The beach access is only 150 yards from the home, and during the season, you’ll enjoy complimentary beach chair service.
