Located in the historic Captiva Island village area you are just a short walk to all of the island’s best restaurants such as the Keylime Bistro, R.C. Otters and Cantina Captiva, Mucky Duck, and the Bubble Room. Enjoy the island music along with shopping and marinas. Golf carts and bike rentals are nearby to explore on your island adventure. This island oasis offers relaxed island living with a spacious floorplan, heated pool, hot tub, and private dock. The main level of the home has an updated living room, family room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room.

There is an expansive screened lanai overlooking the pool and beautiful bay waters for relaxed outdoor living. Enjoy the open porch for grilling your fresh catch of the day.

Up the staircase is an open loft with two twin beds along with 3 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom with plenty of space for up to 12 guests. The master suite is handicapped equipped with a roll-in shower.

The dock does have electricity and water.  Lift not available for guests.
