This extra den is perfect for a movie, a nap, or just relax!

Open the sliding glass doors and walk out to your private and modern canal front oasis! This brand new pool area is sure to impress. Complete with loungers, a dining table,  and a large umbrella the pool deck area gives you extra living space and really lets you embrace the outdoor Florida living style. Cool off with a dip in the pool or relax after a long day in the hot tub.

With your own private dock right in your backyard, your vacation has endless possibilities. Grab the paddles and kayak for a water adventure floating around the canal! Or, get adventurous and paddle out of the canal into the bay and cruise along the shoreline of Bayfront Park. Here you can often spot dolphins in the crystal aqua waters.  Your private dock is also an excellent spot to cast your line and catch some fish and enjoy the evening sunset!
