Coral Cove

Coral Cove is an 8 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom, home on the ground floor that sleeps 24 people in beds. Featuring a resort-style pool with a slide, grotto, swim-up bar, and a jacuzzi! You even have your own private Tiki Hut next to the pool!

This place has it all, it’s your own water park and resort pool area, and a beach paradise wrapped into one, and it’s big enough you can bring all of your friends! It screams coastal cottage, but it is large enough that it is the perfect home for a family reunion, family getaway, or event. Less than 100 yards to the beach and only a 2-3 minute walk to some of the area’s best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. You are so close to everything, you can catch a cab or Uber from the airport and never have to drive again.

The home itself is ground level, so no stairs or elevators. The entire home is located on 2 residential lots, so you are free to spread out without ever feeling crowded on the inside or outside. The home forms a U-shape, with the main living area being upfront, and the bedrooms extending out and back to the rear of the property. You’ll notice the space and layout immediately upon entering the home through the front door, as you walk into the large living area with multiple seating areas and a sleeper sofa bed. This living room is connected to the kitchen space with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and solid wood cabinetry. Also, just off the living room, through the decorative but useable barn doors, you’ll find the dining room area for 10 persons. The dining room also has immediate access to the rear patio space with additional gathering space, dining areas, and seating.

Combine this with the pool area and tiki hut seating and you’ll have plenty of room for some BBQ’s and dining options. From this living area to the West side of the home, you’ll find the 2 bunk rooms of the home that share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining 6 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, are located throughout the rest of the home. Each room features a king bed, plenty of storage and closet space, and an en suite bathroom with beautiful vanities, bathtubs, and showers. The 2 master bedrooms are oversized, and they have a bathroom fit for a celebrity, including freestanding bathtubs, walk-in showers, dual vanities, private water closets and so much more. This home is a stunner, and it is easily one of the best, if not the best house on all of Siesta Key.
