This beautiful vacation home is located on a quiet peaceful side street – less than a 5-minute walk to the soft white sugary sands on one of Anna Maria Island’s top beaches, Manatee Public Beach! Once you arrive you will never need to drive anywhere: walk across the street to the beach, to our local favorite Skinny’s Place for burgers, shops, and the Publix grocery store. And if you choose to venture further on the Island you can easily hop on the free trolley at the nearby stop!

You’re going to LOVE staying in this custom-built home. The rooftop sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico are absolutely breathtaking, so kick back with your friends and enjoy the tropical breeze with a nice beer or glass of wine. From the home’s rooftop deck you also have fantastic views of the bay to the east and even the Sunshine Skyway to the north!

Coco Loco has new décor throughout and features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a very secluded and lushly landscaped backyard with a private pool and spa. Blossoming orange trees inside the fence even lend a sweet hint of fragrance to the air. There are also balconies off the living room and another off the upstairs master bedroom.

The main floor features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the upper floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is the King master bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. This spacious and open bedroom also has a balcony with a small table and chairs for your cozy morning coffee with a view, as well as access to the rooftop deck.
