A ground-level home and a two-story building with an upstairs and two downstairs apartments are combined to provide plenty of privacy and room for the family or complete group of friends!

From the moment you step through the front door, you are awe-struck with the impressive sight of the blue waters of the Gulf, the sugar-white sand of Holmes Beach, and your own private tiki bar perched upon the sand.

The doorway leads to the home’s expansive great room, which includes a living room, kitchen, and dining area with a massive steel table that seats eight people. A giant refrigerator and freezer combination, twin stove/ovens, and dishwasher are among the top-of-the-line appliances and kitchenware in this chef’s kitchen. The living room features a sectional sofa, a wine cooler, a bar area, a beverage fridge, and ice machine, a widescreen television, and sliding doors that run the length of the home, allowing you to enjoy spectacular ocean views at all times. Throughout the house, there are HD smart televisions, cable, and wifi.

The master suite has a full walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and an outstanding steam and aromatherapy shower, all accessible from the great area.

Use the barn door in the great room to enter the ‘kid’s room,’ which features bunk beds and a trundle that is as colorful and delightful as the rest of the house. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet, while the third bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet. There is also a washing and dryer on the premises. The first-floor apartment has two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. The property offers one complete bathroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. A compact kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary appliances, including an apartment-sized refrigerator, to prepare a tasty dinner at home. The house is tastefully designed in a beachy style.

The apartment on the second level has three bedrooms, two with king beds and one with two bunk beds, as well as three bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, with an oven/stove and refrigerator, is available for preparing a delicious dinner at home. If you need more space, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

The nearby patio, which has a grill, outdoor table and chairs, and access to a top-of-the-line hot tub, is shared by these three residences.

The major feature of the house is its one-of-a-kind, gigantic tiki bar, which can seat twenty people and is fully equipped to entertain with electricity, a music system, lighting, and an ice machine. These tiki bars are no longer permitted to be built near the shore, and they are truly one of the island’s most distinctive findings. There are two smaller tiki huts that can comfortably seat four people apiece. A row of colorful Adirondack chairs line the crest where the beach meets the seagrass, inviting you in to sit back, relax, and enjoy a glass or beverage while taking in all the views, sounds, and scents of the Gulf and making this residence distinctive to everybody who comes by.

Toss a few logs into the one-of-a-kind designed and manufactured ‘Fire Ball,’ which is elegantly constructed from an old mooring ball, during those cooler nights. Perfect for stargazing and smores while relaxing next to a warm fire on the beach!

Following the trails in your oceanfront garden, you’ll come across an outstanding year-round heated pool (50 feet x 18 feet, 6 feet deep) with lighting, a fountain, and a sun deck. You’ll also want to relax in the warm soaking tub that sits above the pool and cascades into it. There are patio areas with a grill, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as outdoor seating, loungers, and a hammock where you may relax and sleep beneath the shade of the palm trees.

An extra fully enclosed, air-conditioned outdoor half bath with a conch shell sink is also available. This is a must-have for those outdoor beach get-togethers so you don’t track sand into the home! An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing sand-kissed toes.
