Bring your own boat (or rent one in the area) and tie it up at your private dock. A 15-minute stroll will take you to the Yacht Club, which features a beach, pools, fishing, tennis, and dining.

In the contemporary living area, a sofa and three armchairs set the tone for relaxation. In the evening, relax in front of the smart TV and stream your favorite shows.

Prepare delectable dishes in the newly renovated and immaculate kitchen, which features sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and convenient gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the three-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table for fresh cuisine.

The primary suite features a king bed, a full bed, a smart TV, and a desk. The primary en suite bathroom – which is also accessible via the patio – is equipped with a walk-in shower. Sleep peacefully in the guest bedroom, which features a king bed and a television. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.

On the back patio, two loungers invite you to unwind and enter vacation mode.

At your private dock, secure a boat up to 24′ in length (the boat lift is not available for use). Enjoy direct access to the nearby river or the Gulf of Mexico without crossing a bridge. Take one of the kayaks provided for a peaceful paddle along the canal.
