California Sol

Set on a 2-acre lot in Kenwood, California is the beautiful California Sol.

Recently renovated, this home feels luxurious while maintaining the original historic charm. California Sol has all of the amenities needed for large groups to enjoy their holiday together. A large, fully equipped kitchen with a commercial range and a large fridge offer the additional cooking space needed for large families. Two formal living areas in the main house provide comfortable seating for several guests, while another, more intimate, seating area can be found in the guest suite.

10 bedrooms guarantee that there is plenty of sleeping space for all guests. Several rooms feature en suite bathrooms, while the remaining rooms have access to shared bathrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made on the sleeper sofa as well as 2 roll-away beds.

Outside of California Sol, there is lush green grass, beautiful trees, and an expansive patio. Several tables have been added for dining alfresco. When the sun goes down, guests are invited to gather around the 2 fire pits. Patio lighting completes the ambiance and gives off a truly romantic feel.
