California Dreamin is a  7 Bedroom / 7.5 Bathroom estate  thatoffers the finest private resort style accommodations. Located on 1/2 acre in beautiful Carlsbad, just across the Aqua Hedionda Lagoon, this beachfront estate boasts 5800 square feet of luxurious living space, your own private sandy beach, a private resort style pool and Jacuzzi, and first-class amenities.

Upon entering California Dreamin you are immediately greeted by bright windows and unobstructed views of the water throughout the open and spacious great room. The gourmet kitchen is truly a chef’s delight, equipped with high-end appliances- including a Viking Range and oven and Subzero refrigerator- a walk-in pantry, and a center island with seating.

Boarded by the spacious sitting areas and gorgeous views of the lagoon, the dining area features a table for 6. For the ultimate al fresco dining experience, retreat to the wrap-around balcony, offering a table for 6 as well as an outdoor living area.

California Dreamin’s Master Retreat is located on the top level, features spacious accommodations, a private en suite Master Spa, and access to the wrap-around balcony.
