BougainVilla boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an elevated deck, and a private pool. This tropical paradise is a 10-minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute drive to fabulous shopping, and is near the exceptional nightlife.

Two living areas provide space for guests to spread out and enjoy themselves.

If you love to cook, this is the home for you! The expansive chef’s kitchen boasts two gorgeous islands. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials, and then some! 3 guests can be seated at the Range Island, and sticky fingers can be washed at the other island. That fridge though! Stock up on all of the vacation essentials because there is plenty of room for drinks, snacks, cheesecakes..you name it! Formal dining is adjacent to the kitchen but if dining alfresco is more your speed, there’s a table outside under the pergola.

The primary suite is vast with its king-sized bed and has access to the elevated deck. There is a spacious walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom that is calling your name. The remaining 4 guest rooms feature queen-sized beds and fun pops of color.

Outside of BougainVilla is where the majority of our guests spend their time. The large private pool is surrounded by a spacious pool deck. Snuggle up with your loved ones in the seating area near the outdoor fireplace, which is perfect for chilly evenings. A spiral staircase leads the way to the elevated deck. The entire yard gives off a tropical vibe with palms and bougainvillea trees throughout and is completely fenced for your privacy.
