Multiple seating areas, including a well-equipped game room upstairs, provide peace and relaxation. Central air conditioning, tiled floors, and classic Florida white walls contribute to the overall coolness of the space.

Convenient amenities such as a private washer/dryer and room-darkening shades will allow you to unwind on your own terms. Do you need to complete some work? Remote assignments are simple to complete with one desk workspace downstairs and two in the upstairs game room.

The semi-open kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and an extra-long breakfast bar with seating for four guests to assist with preparations or simply enjoy some drinks. There is plenty of space for everyone to come and enjoy the breathtaking Florida sunrises and sunsets at this home – this is where vacation begins.
