It’s impossible to find a better location for a home than this one in Siesta Key Village! The grocery store, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and more are all within walking distance of this house, and Siesta Key Beach is only a short walk away.

There are eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms in this 4,600-square-foot home, which includes an elevator to all floors. There are two outdoor dining areas that seat 12 or more people, a dining table that seats 10 inside the house, and two bar top areas that each seat ten people.

The house has four king-sized bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, so our guests will have plenty of privacy. A Jack N Jill bathroom connects a King and a Queen Bedroom. Sleep 5 guests in the Full over Full Bunk with Twin Pull Out Trundle, and 4 guests in another room in the Twin over Full Bunk with a Twin Trundle Bed.

The Arcade Room on the third floor has a Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed with a private en suite bathroom, which could be used as a 9th bedroom.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the 4th floor, to your own private rooftop deck with stunning views of Siesta Key Village and the Gulf of Mexico.

There’s a large Jacuzzi Spa for those chilly nights, an oversized sun shelf in the pool, and a lounging ledge around the entire pool and spa for sunbathing. There’s also a dry bar area outside of the pool and a bar-top with seats in the pool and the dry bar area.
